Taylor's TX Series of Industrial lift trucks have been engineered and designed to place greater emphasis on the operators comfort. The TX Series provides standard features like increased head room and leg room, shock mounted center mounted operator station, tilt steering wheel, CANbus technology for increased leg and head room and operator comfort and convenience, along with fingertip electric joystick controls. The TX Series is offered in 5 different wheel bases, so there is certainly a unit right for your particular application.
All of the controls have integrated solid state controllers utilizing J1939 CANbus technology. This configuration enables controllers and sensors the ability to communicate with minimal wiring between the components. For example, I/O modules are chosen to add reliability to the equipment control system and used to reduce electromechanical relay devices.
Located in each cab is the main color display which access the information from the J1939 CANbus technology. This specific display shows engine data along with warnings, spreader status lights and man and machine interface data. The functions of the equipment are capable of being tuned through the main display in the cab. Moreover, the display allows service employees to access data needed during troubleshooting. For example, information like sensor status and controller outputs. So as to prevent operator access, the tuning functions are protected by a password.
Each and every model in the TX Series line of forklifts utilizes an electronic turbocharged Tier Certified Cummins, charge air to air or after-cooled diesel engine. Amongst the basic engine features comprise water/fuel separator, transmission/engine protection systems, maintenance monitor, electronic diagnostic monitor, improved fuel economy and reduced emissions.
The transmission on all TX Series are 3-speed, modulated powershift, fully reversing transmissions. The inching powershift transmission and the electric roll shift control as well as a separate air-to-oil cooler.
